Ozan Culha was an amazing employee. So helpful and kind! Breakfast was so good, dinner was good. The buffet was fantastic on both occasions. There was fresh fruit in my room that was ripe. The fact that they whatsApp connected to me as I arrived in the country was just amazing. This hotel is literally the best hotel for customer service that I have ever experienced and I am a business traveler. I loved the pool. My ride to the airport was PEFECT. The driver, who i did not get his name sadly was just a perfect driver and on time and very kind.

The welcoming, professional and attentive reception staff especially Mr. Ramazan. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. The bathrooms are also big and has all amenities (except a bidet shower/shatafa). It is a little bit far from usual tourist attractions but it is near many shopping malls including Mall of Istanbul. There are nice restaurants down the hotel (like Mado) which is accessible from the hotel lobby and that's what we liked the most. The hotel has security at the entrance and only residents at the hotel are allowed in which feels safe. The hotel definitely worth staying in again.

My husband was the main guest. He has all the positive impressions of the stay, starting from the fact that he was eventually given the room with a single large bed (which we failed to book online, as non-smoking options are too popular). He very much enjoyed the comfort of the room and the bed, the cleanliness, the pool and the breakfast. The receptionists would go an extra mile to help with his enquiries about the local traffic realia. He was also happy to have a guaranteed parking place.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friednly. Breakfast had variety but i would rate it 3/5.
