Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe in a terrace room (T008) for three nights, and my experience was exceptional. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond; they are incredibly kind, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests, often responding with impressive speed. The terrace room I stayed in was not only spacious but also provided a wonderful outdoor escape for fresh air. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, offering a level of softness that made for a truly indulgent rest. Room service and restaurant orders were delivered promptly, almost immediately, which speaks to the efficiency of the staff. The food quality was excellent, and I have to highlight the schnitzel, which I found to be even more delicious than what you might find in Vienna. Due to an urgent matter, I had to cut my stay short and return to my home country. The hotel was very understanding and accommodated my request to cancel the last night of my stay, providing a full refund for that night, which I greatly appreciated. The only drawback to my stay was the location, as the hotel is situated far from shopping centers and transportation hubs, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options.

I had an outstanding experience at the property, characterized by its excellent appearance, cleanliness, and exceptional service. The multilingual staff—Muheerem, Umit, Ozeen, Melih, Ramazan, Bartv, Harun, Baran, and Ozeen the bellboy—provided remarkable assistance and recommendations, greatly enhancing my stay. Their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Overall, my stay in Turkey was exceptional, largely due to the exemplary service provided by the staff.

The hotel was gorgeous.. we were also upgraded to the top floor residential suites! Room service was excellent and fast! Facilities were great.. gym, heated pool, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. The hotel was clean and spacious with walk in closets! I would come back to Istanbul just to stay here again!
